Website Designer / Developer
We are looking for another great Web Designer who is passionate about producing top quality websites and has excellent xhtml/css coding with at least 2 years commercial experience in a similar role.
We consider the following essential for this position:
- Solid ability to develop HTML, XHTML and CSS
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge/skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
- Confident working autonomously but also able to follow directions and be a team player
- MUST have a strong, clear communication style, both oral and written
- Ability to integrate JavaScript into templates
- Must be able to handle pressure and deadlines
* Basic PHP knowledge, Flash development and/or jQuery knowledge would be considered an advantage.

Project Manager
Part Time 2-3 Days Per Week / Full Time Considered

The person who fills this role will be expected to
* Effectively liaise between clients and our designers/developers
* Help manage a team of eight - keeping them on task and monitoring deadlines
* Quality check and test all completed work to ensure it reaches our high standards
* Motivate the team, run team meetings, be able to do professional client presentations
Ideally the person we're looking for will have previous experience as a project manager and/or experience in either the web, advertising or marketing industry.
You need to be very computer savvy and have an absolutely exception eye for detail.
You should be confident dealing with a very broad range of people and have an energetic, positive attitude.
